Pricing

Pricing varies depending on the structure, number of shareholders, visa eligibility, and Free Zone selected. Our packages start from AED 15,000 (approx. USD 4,000) inclusive of:

  • License registration
  • Government fees
  • Residency visa for 1–3 shareholders (if applicable)

Custom quotes are provided after your onboarding call.

There are no hidden charges. All government fees are itemised and supported by official payment vouchers. We prioritise transparency at every step.

Yes. In some cases, flexible payments are available for qualifying clients. Speak with our team during onboarding to explore options.


Process

For individual shareholders, we require:

  • Three company name options
  • Up to 3 business activities
  • Passport copy (7+ months validity)
  • Passport photo
  • Proof of residential address
  • 6 months of personal bank statements (English)

Corporate shareholders? No problem; Our compliance team will guide you.

Our full-stack setup service includes:

  1. Business license registration
  2. Legal document preparation
  3. Free Zone or mainland company formation
  4. Establishment card (if applicable)
  5. Visa issuance, Emirates ID, and residency processing

Logistics & Timelines

We are based in Dubai, serving clients across all Emirates and international markets. Our setup services include remote onboarding, so you can start from anywhere in the world.

Once your entry permit is issued (2–3 days after company registration), you can book travel. We recommend coordinating dates with our visa team to ensure smooth processing.

No problem - your entry permit remains valid for up to 60 days. We can handle all pre-arrival steps remotely and schedule in-country processing when you're ready.

Step 4: Submission & Execution

Once signed, we handle your entire setup - including licensing, immigration, and government liaison.


Government Fees, Visa Limitations, & Other Conditions

  • Government Fees: Paid upfront with official receipts. Included in your invoice.
  • Activity Approval: All business activities must be approved by the Free Zone. We handle this process and offer compliant alternatives if needed.
  • Shareholders: Up to 3 included in standard packages. Additional shareholders available for a nominal fee.
  • Establishment Card: Issued only for licenses that include a visa package.
  • Proposal Validity: Our pricing proposals are valid for the month they are issued. After that, government or regulatory changes may apply.
